Application for refurbishment and extension of the existing house, including demolishing the existing garage, rear extension and conservatory, creating a new front porch, a new attached garage/store to the side, a new first floor at the rear, a new roof for the entire property, other external alterations including a glazed canopy to side and rear elevations, a rear patio, and an in/out driveway.
