Proposal:

Redevelopment of the former Hyde Library and adjacent car park into residential accommodation with a total of 102 units. The existing library will have a new rear extension for 53 residential units, external amenity space, and undercroft parking. A separate 4-storey residential block with 34 units is proposed at the rear, and a separate 3-storey residential flats with 15 units along Union Street on the existing car park. Includes associated external works and parking.
